		<description>I just saw the quote from MilesSW in the article about &quot;Socking it to Employees at Appraisal Time&quot;.  I guess I agree with the idea that constant feedback is a good thing, but occasional feedback is better than nothing.  Being blind-sided by anything is never good, but that should not deter manager or employees from providing feedback as frequently or infrequently as they can. Here is this bloggers opinion: make it easy and accessible and people will do it!!</description>
