Hypefree - helping our customers achieve success is the most important thing at SuccessFactors. That's one of the reasons why our customer retention rates are the highest in the industry (97%+). I want to make sure the customers you are referring to get the help they need - can you please email me at mgoldman@successfactors.com or call me at 650 645 2369 to discuss? I'm also going to email you to connect.

Thanks so much for letting us know about this,
Max

Not to change the subject, but I'm currently working with several organizations that are having a hard time with the SucessFactors services organization. Basic customer service seems to be lacking. Phone calls are not returned/followed up - even after escalating up the chain. If it was just one organization I would think it was the result of a specific person dropping the ball. But I've seen this with multiple organizations/multiple SuccessFactors resources - so the problem seems to be systemic. I post this not to slam SuccessFactors - but to alert you to this problem in the hope that the services model be fixed.
