		<description>Max:  Glad to see you posing (and rebutting) this.  I must say it&#039;s possibly some of the worst leadership advice I&#039;ve ever heard.  My FT subscription expired months ago, but I&#039;m hoping this was in Jest.  This guy might be able to practice psychology, but he should never become a leadership coach!!!

Personally, I don&#039;t agree with any of it:
--Never invade someone&#039;s PERSONAL space to intimidate people.
--Never pretend to be angry when you are not.
--Never be silent for the sole reason of changing your mind later
--And don&#039;t make up facts to get people to go your way.

Your last paragraph is key:  lead because you are a person they trust, and a person with a sense of vision and conviction.  Leaders who lead through fear are not leading - they are managing and doing it poorly.
