		<description>Gautam - Fair enough, and I happen to agree with you on that point. Changing  behaviors in any venue is a monumental challenge. Interestingly, I&#039;ve found that the systems themselves can in fact shape the humans that use them. Once the initial learning curve is  overcome, people adapt to (or revolt against)the processes built into the systems - regardless of type.</description>

I wasn&#039;t talking about a specific system, but generic organizational systems (tools or no tools!)

I feel that all tools are still subservient to the people using them, and the tough part of using these evolved tools is to evolve and change mindsets of people who use them
