Like the blog Max - industry needs for of these. Full marks for the HRTech show - much better than some of the dross I have attended recently. Overall, the feedback I got from many of the attendees in my 1-1s was that they could do with less of the "sales pitches" at the breakouts...the users are there to make up their own minds. Fitz-Enz was great, liked Duffield's session, analyst panel was good - especially the British guy giving his views on HRO :)
