Interesting discussion here.

While I like the idea of blogging, sometimes I think the name dimishes the power of this technology.

I view blog technology as one of the most powerful adult learning tools available. I have seen blogging work in away that in my opinion will make virtual forums obsolete, because blogging invites far less chaos. The index capability lends itself to structure a blog, e.g a curriculum and present a thought leadership in parts that have a powerful impact.

So an intro to blogging and RSS fees to me would be a delightful presentation for HR and a discussion post the event about how to apply the concept on the job would fabulous.

Max- yes...good idea. Let's talk about how to figure out something like this. Maybe Performax might sponsor? We could have HR Thought Bloggers be leading the charge just like many of the PR people -Rubel, Albrycht, etc who have been advocating about blogging and the implications for the NEW PR.
