I sincerely believe this to be the most important equation in all of Business and I've spent the past 10+ years helping companies connect the dots between Strategy and Results. Working for PwC, Siebel, Corporate Executive Board, and even starting my own company have all taught me one thing -- Execution is the Difference.

At SuccessFactors I work with some of our most strategic customers as well as prospective customers as they build a business case for better execution. I'm also fortunate enough to be able to speak at events around the World helping companies understand the business impact of improving Business Alignment and People Performance.

When I'm not working I like to spend time with my wife and two kids. I also believe that there are only two seasons - Alabama Football Season and everything else.
